Thank you all for all your get advice. I clearly know that I'm doing something that I really want to do because I don't want to be unhappy anyone. I pray everything will be just fine and I'm sure I will freak a little more as time grows closer but I have gotten this far and it would be very silly to just give up now. Giving up is why I'm here today, I gave up on myself and now I'm fighting to get me back !

I'm also vitamin d defiect. I found out back in June when I also found that I have Lupus. Neither are a problem according to all the doctors I've seen. I take 50,000 units 1 a week for 12 weeks and then I get bloodwork done to see if I can take a lower dose. The liquid filled pills are tiny a will not be a problem per my surgeon. Good luck with surgery mine is the day after yours !

I will be having my surgery on Oct 6th and my good friend is having her bridal shower Oct. 9th, do you think I will be able to go. Will I be in a lot of pain? I don't know what to do, because I really don't know what to expect. My doctor describes the pain I should feel as if I did tons and tons of stomach crunches. I don't believe him I think he's surgar coating it. Can you all please tell me how you after surgery, and the next few days after? Do you think going to the bridal shower is a bad idea? I want to Be able to shop in regular stores and not in the plus size section Wear sun dresses and sleeveless shirts when it hot out, and not have to wear a sweater over tanks to hide my largeness I want to buy sexy matching bras and underwear. I to have the realationship with my husband that I have always wanted but am to embarrassed too. I want to be am to run I want to be able to play with my kids without feeling like I'm gonna die. I want to be in pictures instead of hideing when someone take out a camera. I want to finally start living instead of hiding due to feeling so self consious I probably could go on for a while but ..... but you get the idea !

I've been married over 8 years and have 3 children, a daughter 7 years old, a son almost 4 years old and another son 19 months old. I work as a medical biller, get to work from home which you would think is great but it's really what help added to my weight gain.

My surgery is set for Oct. 6th so nervous yet so excited !
