Jenn S checking in . I am the same as last week at 204. I met my exercise goal and went over a little bit.

This is Jenn S checking in at 204. Down 3 lbs this week and 50 overall!!!!

Some insurances require a 6 month pre op. You have to be seen every month for six months. Make sure you are checking in with him each month and he is documenting what you are doing. I didn't have to go to my dr first. I just went to a seminar and they got me started.

This is Jenn S checking in at 210. I am down 1 more lb. The exercise did not go as well as I was hoping due to an illness that took the whole house out for 2 weeks. I'm back on it next month. Hoping to break 199. -

Jenn S checking in. I am down 2 lbs this week to 211. I also had a great NSV today in that I went and bought some work pants and bought a 16w which is a size I haven't been in since high school. They are tight but they button and fit over my hips. I think a couple more weeks and they will be perfect! -

Looking For Crockpot Soup Recipes!! Please Help

White Chicken Chili 6 cups of chicken broth 1 lb of dried beans 1 diced onion 2tbs cumin Cook in Crockpot on high for 8 hours ( you don't need to soak them) puree half the beans and add back in add diced chicken, a can of diced green chilis and 1 pkg low fat or fat free cream cheese continue cooking for an hour until everything has heated through.
