thanks for the info on the card I was wondering how to get one.

Nothing to worry about my Doc after a fill usually 6 to 8 week. I think it does depend on your progress and how you feel.

I was just thinking the same thing so I went and researched it and it has nothing to do with the band but with rapid weight loss. Which was talked about at my first meeting pre surgury. Its is something that has been in the back of my mind everytime I get a pain anywhere I want to blame it on the band.

I was doing great then fell back into old habits.Eating late at nigtht is my worst issue. I have maintained where I am at now which is over a hundred pounds from my highest weight, but seem to gain and lose the same 5 to 10 pounds over the last few months.

I think it is pretty normal for some not to get a fill. I was frustrated also I was banded in Nov 2011 did not get my first fill till March 2012. I just wanted to get one to see the difference Its been over a year and 3 months and have only had 3 fills and one unfill due to my abusing my band and falling off the wagon.

I also did the same think back in November had everything takin out then waited 4 weeks. I went back in everything looked good so started refill. So far has been ok but I did go back and refresh my eating habits.

Same boat here also I did great then the last 4 months only lost 13 pounds my 1 year was last month. I did realize I was falling back into old habits. Eating late at night and grazing every hour or 2 not much food just a bite here or there but the PA told me it adds up. So back to being more focused. Just keep at it ..

THis was the topic I was needing I was banded 1 year ago did real well down over 100lbbs but 50 to go... but last 2 months have feel off the wagon on eating. Still running 3 times a week but I went back to the old way of eating. I needed post to re focus on my healths... Thanks
