Just getting started.  I was approved within three days through Tricare (after getting the application letter correctly filled out, Three week delay waiting on that part). I am 8 days into the 14 day liquid only pre-op diet; and , because that type of diet flares my Gout, that has not been fun.  I have lost 19 lbs on the pre-op diet alone. More to follow....
