Pre-surgery, I was tired all the time and not able to muster up the energy to be with my grandchildren. I have been on high bloodpPressureand anit-depression meds for the past 15 years. Ran into an old friend who had this procedure and she is doing wonderful. It has been over a year for her and she is exercising regularly and has lost over 90 pounds!
I am loosing slow and steady and have hit a point where I am not loosing anymore, just down a pound/up a pound the next day. Exercise is something that I am having difficulty starting. It has been almost two months since surgery and I have still not started an exercise routine. I am by myself and I have no support system.
Can anyone help with suggestions?
