After struggeling with my weight for years, especially in the past 15 years,  I finally decided to "take control".   292lbs was my biggest weight ever!!! Lap band offered me the "control" I was desperately searching for.  Now one year post op and currently 180 lbs I could not be happier.  I still have a few more lbs to go, but I now know how to get there.    I am especially happy that IchoseJjonthan Aranow as my doctor.  His extensive program has helped me tremendously.  I have been an insperation to others, who have recently started their journey.  And all I can say, is Thank you... I finally feel like my self again.  I currently have so much energy, my overall health is much improved and I feel Fabulous.  Don't regret making the decision to take control.  What are you waiting for?  Get your life back!!!
