    Hi, my name is Karyn, I had my lap band surgery on Sept. 29, 2011. It's been a very tough road, but I have no regrets. Since my operation, I have lost 80lbs. I feel a lot better and I am still losing. It's nice to meet you all and I look forwaed to meeting fellow banders and making some friends:) Any support is good.

    Hello all, I am a 43 yr old mom. Having the surgery to improve my life and keep conditions at bay, such as diabetes, and high blood pressure. Started my pre-op liver reduction diet, and boy does it suck..lol
