N2animals do t be so hard on yourself, you're doing great. As a mom it is very hard to get exercise in. I'm trying to get 5 workouts in a week, each an hour long. It takes a lot and there will always be something else you could be doing. But u need this time for yourself to get healthy for yourself and your family. You can do this!

NSV non significant victory. As in not a weight loss victory but say something new like things being to big, being able to do something you couldn't before. Bidi, but I did it anyway. 50 lbs lost here. Started about 355. Almost under 300#'s

I'm still here. I've been keeping up with everyone's posts, just not finding the time to respond. I started the personal training program at the y, good so far. Passed out on the first workout but know we know my limit, for now! Down to 303.8 today, almost under 300#, so that's exciting. Lost 14.4% so far, 52 lbs. keep truckin everyone we're doing it!

My 37th birthday is June 1st....now I Need a good goal

If I chew chew chew I'm good. If I take a full mouth full of liquid I can feel it stop and gradually go through the band. I know I wasn't supposed to but I ate a little kielbasa tonight and that was ok. It's just amazing how little food I can eat and be fine. Now I need some better meal ideas, planning and such.

0.9 fill today. 8.6 in a 14 band. I think I'm there now, swallowing liquids is interesting.

Oh I forgot my NSV, I have a smaller booty! Was beginning to think I would just keep changing bra sizes forever and nothing else.

I may be in green zone, just trying to figure it all out. I cancelled Monday's fill appt. as I'm eating I feel like I could eat more, but then if I eat more later on, of course I've been thinking about food that whole time, then I will end up having to "get rid of it" . So I may be just before green zone or on the border. It's a learning curve though when u get there, not so black and white.

Cancelled Monday's fill appt. I can feel restriction now after 3 fills. Currently at 7.7 in a 14 band. I need to do some better planning for some better meal options and I think I will begin to do better, plus more motivation to exercise. I could probly do a small fill but I don't want to push it and will wait till its more obvious I need one.

I started this journey out at 353, so when I say I lost 40# so far I get frustrated because with me being so heavy I should have done better by now. It's easier to lose a high number when you're bigger and have 100# more than everyone else to lose. On a good note I think I'm just about to restriction and noticing that change so hopefully it will start melting off me like they say happens.

That dang scale is FINALLY moving again. Mostly willpower as my last fill wasn't enough so I'm going to schedule another in 2 weeks. But keeping my calories low and ramping up exercise is really helping. next month I'm starting our y lose it program at the YMCA with my hubby and a group with a personal trainer! Plus my dr and hospital is putting on a class course I signed up for called spring into action. It will meet twice a month for 6 sessions, so 3 months. Topics including setting goals, journaling, exercise as a habit, meal plans and portions, labels and recipe modification, grocery store tour, stress and emotional eating, relapse prevention. Plus the y program will include a wellness coach, nutritionist, and trainer. This is gonna be hard and a busy few months but I can't wait to see the results, I'm gonna turn myself into a hot momma! Lol. I'll make sure to share any tips I get with everyone so we can all have as much advice as possible.

So I got my 3rd fill and he only put in 1cc this time. He says 24 hrs liquids and I've never had a problem before but I endd up acing like 1.5-2 cups of egg salad for dinner and had no problems. Don't think he did a big enough fill, normally he put in 3 cc at a time.
-
I feel restriction right away on my fills. My doc goes big on his though. I have what I call a tornado when I drink right after my fills Like a funnel, lol.

3rd fill today. Now at 7.7 cc in a 14 band. This one should do the trick!

Just got sick for the first time. Made some salmon. Not dry, very tender and juicy. Not sure why I got sick. Felt stuck though. Any other time it's been because I took too big a bite and it passed after a little while. I'm not at restriction because the qty I can eat is still too much. At least I'm scheduled monday with the doctor.

Heading to the gym with my 13 year old son, if my husband won't go then he will.

Goals: Drink 9 or more servings of water today and tomorrow Work out at least 30 minutes both days Plan next weeks food and meals for some variety in food and something to look forward too We can do this! I have a ton of stress at work right now and I see it's affecting me, so I need to turn that around and refocus on my healthy me goals. Have a wonderful weekend everyone we can get through this weekend.

3rd fill Monday and bumping my calorie goal down to 800. Want to plan some meals for this week. Feeling bored and stuck in a rut. Need some inspiration and motivation. After I was told I look pregnant just went in a downward spiral.

Everyone can add me. Kymie9899 need all the help advice and ideas I can get -
I agree on the protein shakes. My whole docs office does one in the AM, which is great cause they can recommend what tastes good. I get Premier shakes from SAMs club. Taste like chocolate milk and curbs a sweet tooth. My doc doesnt limit how many but recommends 2-3 if needed. Just ensuring the protein intake is where it should be. I've been using the 30% of weight formula. Something's working cause I just backed comfortably into a pair of JEAN shorts I couldn't even zip last year. Love love love NSV's!

Got final numbers thorugh insurance. 34K was billed to insurance for surgery, however huge discounts due to in network dr and hospital. Final balance was covered by my HRA plan, so total out of pocket is .....$0.00. I can't believe it, I was so stressed about it I could just......run on the treadmill! LOL, I am truely blessed that this was covered and it only makes me want to prove that I was worth it. Almost feel like I need to prove to the company I work for that I can do it and I'm worth it. I know I am anyway, nah nah, we all are! I hope everyone has a great weekend, I know for me the weekends are harder to stay on track, but we can do it.
