Went for my second fill today ( only downfall was it took the Docs 3 needle pricks to find it, said i was a hard stick ) I have not gained or lost anything for the last month so hopfully this will do the trick! Next appt is a week before Christmas for another fill if I need it..... These holidays are going to be rough, I can feel it

I too have been on a plateau for a month, not losing or gaining, I do go for my second fill tomorrow So you are not alone !!!

Hi, doc said i have to be back on liquids for 2 days, i understand why , i can really feel everything going down harder, but everything goes down and stays down, so hopefully the LBS will start coming off. Good luck with you and keep in touch

Hi , my name is Jan and i am 53 yrs old and was banded Aug 24,2011 and had my 1st fill yesterday, i now have 3 1/12 cc . I am single and have 2 daughters one 23 (not at home anymore) and a 15 yr old.

I had my first fill sept 29 , my surgery was aug 24 and i am scheduled for my 3rd nov 10. My doc likes to do them every 4-6 wks. The fill did not hurt , it was a breeze I can fill a tightness, i have 3 cc in now -
I was banded Aug 24,2011, 2 kids( 1, 15 yr old still at home) starting weight 255 at 238 now , but not lost anymore for about 2 weeks, had my first fill and now have 3 1/2 cc

Hi, i am 53 yrs old , my surgery was Aug 24,2011, started out at 255 dropped to 238 but not have lost anymore in the last 2 1/2 weeks. today was my first fill i now have 3 1/2 cc in there.

I am post op , surgery was aug 24,2011 and next to my middle incision ( that is the longest) if i push a little down on it and rub my fingers across it ,it feels hard and alittle rounded, is this normal? is this the actual lapband?

Hi, new to this, I am almost 4 wks post op, and this "healing time " is driving me nuts, so far i have lost 17 lbs, but the doc says it doesnt count that was just water weight. So when does it start counting? i have not lost anymore weight in the last couple of weeks is that normal? Any way ,glad to have found this site !!

I have currently dropped 17 lbs but doc said that does not count ( that was water weight) nothing counts during this period. So when is this period over??
