Well you gotta remember that everyone's different I one month post op and Past , rice , cheese , processed chicken dose not agree whit me. I would recommended something organic. -

Sweet heart that is bull pardon my french their .My best friend is a lap bander she strated at 256 and shes 115 lbs 1 year post op she happy whit her body. I you think your ideal weight is that than go for it do not let anyone tell you other wise. -

Hey well I had surgery in December and the only loose skin I've notice is in my arms. I do not have loose skin any where else I believe it depends from person to person. -
