im a single mum of 4 38 years old weighing 139kg am ashamed of the way i look as are my kids, i rarely leave the house and have little energy, have tried the diets, shakes, pills, gym etc yeh they work but not for long... ive dreamed of having this surgery done but my financial situation will not allow for this..
