Hi! I wonder if anyone out here try acai berry supplements post-op. I know they are very healthy, even dr. oz recommends them. I just saw them at my local bio store and thought about buying, but I have second thoughts about this. What do you think?

thank you very much. everything is sooooo true -
Hi, i'm 7 weeks out and I don't think I eat enough. I was wondering what others eat. for example, today I had just some salmon and very little mashed potatoes for supper and a protein shake in the morning. Yesterday I had a hard boiled egg and a protein shake too. Some days I get 2 protein shakes and some chicken. In fact I get very little calories. How about you?

what do you eat at 7-8 weeks out?
anca replied to anca's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
The problem is not that I don't know what or when to eat, is just that I'm not hungry. I can see a nutritionist or my nut, but I don't see how they can help me with my hunger, or the lapse of it. thank you all for your answers!!!! -
Hi. I'm 7 weeks out and I eat almost anything now. Don't be scared, as long as you chew very well, nothing will go wrong. You can have salmon, any kind of fish, chicken, toast, tuna (canned), ground meat, beans hard boiled eggs, omeletes. Try those and you'll see. You've lost a lot, girl! Keep it up! I've only lost 25 pounds, but it's ok.

Hi! I'm 7 weeks out and down 25 pounds. youpppppppiiiii!!!!!!!! But I have a concern...not eating enough. Today i had one protein shake in the morning and some salmon and mashed potatoes for supper( very little). Yesterday I had a protein shake, one boiled egg and water. I'm not really good at countinc calories, but I don't think they go as far as 1000 per day. is it bad! what should I do? I'm really not hungry. Are others in the same boat as I am? Ohhhh...and I do elliptical 30 minutes 5- 6 times a week and walks with my 3 children almost daily.

At 3 weeks out I could barely eat 1 egg at a time. So try eating half...I know it's kind of hard to stop eating right now, but you'll get used. Yeah I know what you mean when you say the shakes are too sweet, but eventually things will get better for us. KEEP IT UP!!!!!!
