I have been at the 200 lb. mark for quite some years now. It's a little embarrassing to be 40 lbs. less than your husband. I look back at our wedding pictures and just want to cry. I have tried every diet imaginable and just can't seem to lose the weight. I started walking a few times a week and again, no weight loss. I have high blood pressure and asthma. It takes hours to get to sleep because if I lay on my back I feel like I am suffocating. I know the weightloss will help with both conditions. I have started all of my pre-op testing, and tomorrow I have an appointment to get medical clearance. I don't even know what that means. I am starting to get discouraged reading the hoops that the insurance companies are making people go through. But I have come this far so I am not turning back now. See you on the other side.
