before fill not lossing weight any ideas
paulitag replied to tnix's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I got my surgery done on February 28th and don't get my first fill until April 16th. I have noticed that I am very hungry. My doctor warned me that this would happen before my first fill. The only advice he gave me was stay active and try to stick to 3 meals a day without snacking... HARD to do when I love to snack....I have been trying to stay active. Walking or going to the gym to take some weight off. As for my hunger issues... I've been drinking a lot of crystal light to fill me up so I don't feel so hungry. I actually just got on this site because I was feeling like walking to the vending machine and getting something to keep me going until lunch. Sometimes coming on this website helps to remind me of my goals and I stay strong. -
Hi, I was banded on February 28th. Although the first couple of weeks was hard for me to get use to the liquid diet... I'm so glad I did it. I'm a couple pounds away from 20 lbs. and so excited to lose more.

Hi, I was just banded one week ago today. Broth does get pretty boring!!! I like the broth from the cup o noodles. I usually warm them up then throw out the noodles and stuff on top. Then with my broth I add a squirt of lemon or lime and a dash of pepper and sometime tapatio (hot sauce) Its been getting me through the week. I am going to try the drop egg recipe and add some lemon and hot sauce. As for Starbucks I found getting a Iced Shaken Green Tea Unsweetened then adding splenda is delicious.
