  3. See you're being told to eat more, and I'm 3months out eating 1000-1200 and exercising avg of about 500 cal a day, and my nut today told me to cut back to 600-800, 1000 at most. It all seems so variable!

  16. That is really the only restaurant available? That's hard. I couldn't do the primary pasta stuff. When I go to someplace that has pasta, I get a protein entree, and maybe have a couple of bites of hubby's pasta. Shoot. But if you can't tolerate chicken, bummer. I would definitely ask if I could get some meatballs or sausage, what italian place doesn't have those? Boo if not! I'd just get some minestrone and a side of meatballs or an italian sausage.

    I Think I'm Eating Too Much

    Wow, I can eat quite a bit more easily. This always worries me. The weight is coming off though, slowly. I don't drink with meals, I eat slowly. Tonight I had about 3 oz steak, 1 egg, a little less than 2 oz of cottage cheese and one slice of bread. Shouldn't have had the bread, but its still way less than I used to eat, but way way more than 2 oz. i wasn't given any guidance like that. Most of my meal examples I was given for the solid food stage were 4-6 oz of total food. I really am not sure. I am just full, not overly stuffed, from that meal. I didn't even get hiccups, which is what happens if I eat one bite too many.

    Hair Loss Experiences

    I am waiting for it to start now, too. I have a box of nioxin and my multi has biotin in it (not sure if its enough) I know its going to start soon, just waiting....ugh. I have really thick hair but up in front (PCOS girl) it has thinned out, so I think that most of my head could survive but that front part I am really worried about.
