I have completed all requirements to have weight loss surgery. I am waiting on my surgery date. I have been wanting to have LapBand for many years.. At this time I have to decide which surgery, if any, to have. Initially I wanted the band but decided on the sleeve after my first meeting with the doctor. The day before I completed the required classes a relative of mine died (9 mos.) after having the sleeve done. I don't know what to do or even think. I'm very confussed.
