I am new to this site---my surgery is the 29th and will start my pre-op diet on the 15th--very nervous about hthe pre-op I not sure what to do the first morning of the pre-op, I feel like I will fail,I have not tried any of the protein shakes, I purchased the sample kit of the Unjury brand, I guess that I will start with this!
