Hi Mike! Its nice to see other guys on here! Im 24 6'4'' 315pds (close to your stats.) Im just awaiting insurance approval from BCBS Rochester. Ill keep checking in to your post to see how everything is going, would like to see how other guys handle the surgery and the life change.
