Hi, I just now saw your comments from Sunday. My lap-band experience was actually more than 30 days. My insurance required 6 months weight management with my pcp. Once my paperwork was turned in to insurance I was approved almost immediately. Everything has gone so smooth for me I hope it continues this way.
