I have flown 10+ hour flights and never had a problem My concern would be how soon aftefr the fill would you be flying. I would suggest that there be enough time to ensure you are not over filled before you leave home. That seems just common sense. If you are safely back on solid food before the trips, I would not expefct any problems.

Atkins is a diet. It is a healthy diet, but it is still a diet. With proper adjustments you should lose wight with just the band. Do I avoid bad carbs... you bet I do, and sugar. The rest is just eating well balanfced healthy meals. -

Very good post Carole. Accurate and straightforward. Now one with a band should feel like a failure if they need a fill to help them along. I know I did.

I would expect your body to level off at some point. If you do not continue your life the saem way you did to lose, you will gain, inches or pounds. Your doctor is the only one who can tell you if a fill will help.

The last 10-20 are the toughest. You will need to up your game and your exercise.

It is not unusual to be sore immediately after a fill. Hang in there and give the area time to heal again. -
