I agree with CG. It is up to you to do what is right, whatever procedure you get. They are all tools to help us, but each person has to work and changing their eating and lifestyle habits to be successful.

Also... ask if he does fills under fluroscopy, and how much he travels. I have not seen my surgeon in over a year! The NP yeah... but not even a sighting of the doc! -

You have to get help with your eating. If you cannot put yourself back on track, self pay one nutritionist visit. The band is there, and it sounds like you may need a slight unfill. You can do it if you WANT it! Good luck!

It is normal to feel fatigue after major surgery. Make sure you are getting enough protein and don't get dehydrated.

Fat stores a lot of hormones, so as we lose it is not unusual for things to get a little wonky. Talk with your GYN if you are really concerned. -
Not to be a downer, but watch out for the 24 hour food on a cruise! Just order what you want and eat what you need.
