It was go out and eat an egg. Thought it might make her feel better since she seems to be in foul humour. Attacks on forum members like Cheryl are not acceptable, especially when they are trying to understand your situation. We do not back down either, so block us or move on.

Need Daily Weigh-in Email Buddy
CHEZNOEL replied to losangelesislovely's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
I would advise against weighing every day. You will drive yourself nuts. Our bodies can fluctuate up to 8 pounds in one day. Try weekly instead. -
Where did my fill go??
CHEZNOEL replied to spoiltmom's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
You need to see a doctor. If you don't like the original one... find a substitute. -
I recommend you check in with the surgeon's office. The post-op diet normally has phases and you should have advanced by now. Confirm it with the office or nutritionist.

Walk, heating pad on back of shoulders, walk. Most of the pain is from the CO2 they pumped in to operate. I found that gasX did not help that much. Try warm teas as well and sit in a recliner. Oh... and did I say walk?

The insurance and hospital will sort it out.

I gave up on WW when my group leader ballooned up to 326 pounds. I don't want to diet, I want to change my life.

The doc visit will tell all. Make sure they take it all out to measure what's there and then refill. That way you will know for sure what is there. -
how long after the lap bang surgery can you start back having sex?
CHEZNOEL replied to zburdeshaw's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
Do what is comfortable. If it hurts, stop or change positions. -
Always ask at the office. Doctors vary, and may not always remember to say what you need to know.
-
Best wishes to you! Happy to hear of your approval and quick date! Come back to let us know how you are doing after the surgery! We will be here.

Post-op diet, how many days til your DR said ok for solids?
CHEZNOEL replied to cantwait2start's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
As you can see, there are many variations. What our doctors said is irrelevant to our question. Do what the doctor you chose recommends, and don't compare until you find and answer you like. -

That post continues to say that this was based upon limited information and experience, in hospitals in Mexico, not the US. -
Tiny bites and chew, chew, chew! LOL

A lot happened through that single incision. I had multiples, but the larger incision for the band it self was sore for a good 3-4 months.

Hang in there Ms Rhonda. Try to avoid processed foods, and work to get your number of meals down to four from five. You can do it, don't let the scales rule your life!

Results vary. You may be losing inches without visible clothing changes. Remember, some of our clothes stretched with us!
