See your doctor's psychologist and nutritionist, cause you need help. Unless you change your eating style you will not lose, even with the band. -

And WANT it more than you ever wanted anything in your life. Head hunger sucks, but it is important to hang in there. If you start slipping now, it will be a long and unhappy journey ahead. -

Whenever possible! LOL -
You need to count all of your calories. Including protein. You should get 50+ grams of protein daily.

You need to transition to getting more and more of your protein from regular food. Eggs, tender meats, etc. I don't think you want to live forever on Muscle Milk!

Hang in there. We all have a food addiction of some sort. Try to keep busy, take up a new hobby, go for walks. Hugs!!!

Try to get a protein shake in there. Your body needs the fuel! Hope you feel better soon!

Tilted is OK so long as he can still get the needle in to give you fills. Flipped means new surgery.

Look for the powders, much less expensive per serving. Think of the cost as being a full meal replacement.
