I eat more food if I am able to constantly drink behind every bite. I think for me it it the continued chewing sensation that satisfies me and drinking in the middle just restarts my time. I am sure that research will continue so my advise is follow your doctor's protocol. In the end all we want is to be successful! -

Celebrex is an NSAID and my doctor advised me to take no NSAIDs. I would strongly urge you to check with your LB surgeon before taking them.

Congratulations on being banded. There is a recipe forum here where you can find ideas. It won't hurt your daughter and hubs to eat healthy. Have you started exercise yet. Walk whenever you can. Do what you can... every little bit helps! -

I can eat pizza, but have to be very careful with anything other than thin crust. Only 1 piece is all I have the patience to chew!

No problem in general with fiber supplements, but I am not familiar with the one you mention.
