No comment. If you WANT to lose weight you will. If you want to test the band, you may cause yourself harm. Decide which is more important to you and get on with it. I feel that perhaps you need to go back to your surgeon for a review on the process and eating with the band. At the very least talk to the nutritionist. Your behavior could be dangerous not only to your health but to that of other new banders who try to follow in your footsteps. I wish you success.

Well.... I don't forget it for long, but I have done it. I guess it takes a lot of years to erase the ones it took me to get obese in the beginning.

I agree... we all lose weight differently. You are not gaining and that is the victory!

When in doubt check with your doctor.

Just be brutally honest with both of them. They cannot develop a plan that will work for you if they don't know who you really are. Tell them what you think and do, not what you think they want to hear. This is a very important part of the program.

And you will begin to lose weight if all goes as planned and you follow your nutritionists guidelines. Welcome!

Band removal scars should look just like the ones for it going in. I would make a final decision on the band before any cosmetic surgery.
