You are doing great! Ignore the sore losers. (Pun intended!) You can do whatever you want to do. If your weight lass is slowing double check your portion sizes and log everything. Wishing you your dream success!

Keep up the fluids, it will dissolve eventually. Don't force anything down or the pills could scrape the side of your esophagus and cause more pain. Good luck. Hope the rest of the day improves. -

LOL... yep in the waiting room always gets attention! Go for it girl. 2 weeks is ridiculous. -
If you do have problems, my doctor put me on Miralax half dose daily. It comes in generic and works wonders.

OK... so you are banded. Now give it everything you got. No pregnancy for 18 months is recommended. Time to plan the wedding before that!

Walk and swing your arms in circles while you do. You need to keep moving.

Also... fill out your profile so we can tell if you have been banded or not and when. If you are not yet banded and want more children, do that first, then look into band surgery in a couple of years.

I hope that you are saying you are happy that you can have more children someday. You should not have a pregnancy too soon after lapband, but that does not prevent you from the sex part. Just use good judgement on birth control. If BF wants kids, then tell him to marry their mother. Kids need a mother and a father in a stable family unit. IMHO

Liquids definitely. Once aggravated the area around the and will swell and you really have to give it a rest.

I have been banded for 16 months, and have sensation of my port when I do abs intensive work. I am a regular at Pilates which is all core exercise. No problems. -
