Small prick like a shot and then nothing. No worse than the flu shot. Remember after the fill, liquids only for 24 hours, then gradually progress back through soft foods to your usual foods.

I would try to lower you calories intake. Eat less more often to combat the head hunger. Try having a drink of tea or something when you feel hungry. This is a head game, and you have to want it! -

As I understand it, the results are temporary. Just trust your band, follow doctors orders and you will be fine without the extra expense. IMHO

Sounds about right. Do not expect to lose until you are fully recovered from your surgery. Be Patient.
