I went through benefiber, no help and am now on daily half dose of Miralax. I still have blockage issues 18 months post surgery. It is a work in process. -

I like the counselor idea. You have to change your eating habits. You have to WANT to change to make this work for you! No one ever said it would easy. The band cannot do it alone! -

I don't do lettuce! 18 months and I have found that salads without lettuce are just fine! All the other crunchy veggies. I order salads without lettuce in restaurants and they all comply. Lettuce just lays in my stoma and lines it! Good luck.

We are all different. I have never had a single hiccup before a stuck episode. Stuck means eating improperly for me. A single hiccup... just a early sign, that and a runny nose! -

I agree with CG, you are still healing. Listen to your body and by all means if you need the doctor call him early. No need to suffer. I sleep on my tummy all the time. BTW/
