I suspect you will have some period of medically monitored diet prior to approval, but all insurance is different. BUT!!!! Once banded, you cannot ignore your health, plan on regular doctor visits! -
I mall walk a lot. Keeps me out of the sun and cool or warm as the season may demand!

It took me a while before I could burp, but no problems now. Try to avoid PB pr productive burping though.. that means you have over eaten or have something stuck!

It takes a bit more will power, but you will eventually be able to eat whatever you feed them. Just less. In the mean time, I would cook in advance and provide reheating instructions. The first few days you will likely not enjoy cooking. And... even 11 year olds can cook! Give them each a day! It will be good for all of you! -

Mine is not at all noticeable now, but I could always feel it. You probably will be able to feel yours too. I am sure it will be fine especially with your doc doing fills with fluoro!

Just do something! Like Nike! Start by walking to the corner and back. You do not have to go to the gym to get exercise. Increase as your stamina builds.
