It's a little late to second guess the surgery. Why not instead, allow your body to heal, follow doctors orders, and decide to be a compliant patient. What you actually do is up to you, but I can tell you I would not trade my band for anything. It is best thing I ever did for myself.

Most breads are tough. I have trouble with soft breads, like rolls and loaf bread if it is not toasted.

I agree with Missy, you need to find the underlying cause. When I had this problem it was from not eating enough calories. Work with your doctor and a nutritionist to resolve these issues.

The contrast tastes like chalk, but you only have to sip a tiny bit!

I had my stress test a couple years before banding. I have had no problems, but I would recommend everyone have one. It is a great diagnostic tool. Better safe than sorry!

I got my band at 63! No problems and I love it!

The dongle as Fitbit calls it is the part that connects to my laptop! Having fun and keeping on! Dawn, I would send you my fitbit 3, but with my luck... I will need it soon!

The FitBit Saga: Bought a Fitbit (1) Lost Fitbit (1) Bought Fitbit (2)) (2) would not sync with the dongle for (1) so I assumed they were paired somehow. Threw out Dongle (1) Lost Fitbit (2) Ordered FItbit 3 Found Fitbit (2) (3) still in package all is well Found Fitbit (1) recharged and left for the coast Lost Fitbit (2) at the coast Tried FItBit (1) again with the Dongle (2) ...remember I threw the Dongle (1) away Did not work. Uninstalled all Fitbit software and started over with Dongle (2) and Fitbit (1) It works!!! Now have no record of the past week cause Fitbit (2) is gone. BUT.. still have Fitbit (3) and Dongle (3) in package. I am a walking technologist! Here we go again! Wish me luck. My hubby and I just agreed to a 50 mile challenge for the rest of June! This is ridiculous! :ph34r:

It sounds as if you might be too tight. I would consider calling the docs office for a light unfill, even a small amount out could resolve the problem. You may also be eating too fast or with bites that are too large. Tiny bites, chew chew chew, wait and then another tiny bite!

Buy just what you need to get by.... you will be moving on down to those smaller clothes soon enough!

I am out 19 months, but aim for 1200 daily.
