I would think the port site is healed, but the bloating may be stretching things. Make sure you check in with your weight loss surgeon. And congrats on the new baby! -

Scrambled eggs, soups, soft cooked veggies, most restaurants will have a vegetarian dish. Pot roast with gravy if you chew well. -

You may be able to eat less and feel satisfied. That is the ultimate goal! It make take a couple of fills to get you there. Keep doing what you know you should and watch out for bread... it can be sneaky and cause a delayed reaction. -

I think that is fabulous. The initial quick weight drop on the liquid diet can create false expectations. A pound a week is super progress. It is better than gaining anytime! Congrats on your progress! Sometimes I have to look back and make the same analysis. Slow and steady wins!
