Carole forgets you live in SC! Not a lot of support funds there I hazard to guess! Doreen... 7 days and counting, and yes you will all get a photo. I want one with me and CJ! Michelle hope things continue to improve. You will rock the rest of your courses, cause we are focused ladies! Janet... if you check love to you and prayers for your Mom! Leaving for DC tomorrow am. Carole, our countertops are granite, but look very similar to what you chose without the brown in it. We too wanted to being the outside in. I am sure you will love them. Well the weather cooperated and we had a good day for the goddaughters and the pool party. After swimming we all went to a local Mexican restaurant for dinner. The kids are so cute, but man they tire me out! Their Dad looks very tired and weak... chemo starts this week. I am praying for them all! Now I have two days to do laundry and pack for our trip. Doreen... I LOVE chicken. About the only Protein I don't eat is lamb. Dawn, I will check on you after Tuesday. I hope it goes well for you. Definitely pack those glass carvings well and send them with Brad. Movers are not made for things that are that important. Diane, hope Mom behaved at your house last night. Janet, hope your weekend was good. Carole, I am happy you heard from Seth. Hang in there Mom! Michelle, I hope your son will settle down, but getting a diagnosis like his is never easy. The stages of mourning apply to these situations as well, so give him time and he will come around.

Carole, good luck with driving and bears! Both sound like Jack problems to me! Diane, my shopping is not usually done until October, but I am an early bird. Getting a list from the Grandaughters takes the longest! Most of our gifts to our daughters and SIL are gift cards. Easier for them and me! Dawn, love that precious pup. Good luck with the reflux to both you and Carole. How is the band and weight loss doing overall? When is your appointment? Doreen, have the boys clean out all the snakes before I get there. We will be there through Sunday afternoon and then on to Pennsylvania. Family events Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Doreen on Wednesday and drive back home on Thursday. OK... so my butt is sore just thinking about it. Franc has meetings in DC all the days we are there, so I will be mall walking, with maybe a bit of shopping thrown in! Sightseeing will depend on the weather. I will keep in touch though! Love to you all!

Soggy Saturday! Hope the rain clears out for the pool party tomorrow. Today began the Christmas season for me. I picked up my Hallmark ornaments. I will never tell how many I have! LOL! I love Christmas!

Carole I am hear every day, just don't write long notes like Dawn! (Joking Dawn!) I too believe that Nicole has moved on, I hope she does well. Doreen I am so proud of you for getting your GED. We want a picture when the day comes! Dawn, I am not surprised by your fluctuating emotions. It part of life for mothers as their children grow up and away! I am sure that the other girls would agree. Keep you focus, and PLEASE I am begging you, stop posting those amazing food pictures on Facebook! LOL Michele, hope you son finds a treatment plan he can accept. He is of the age where he needs to be committed to it so you don't have to nag him about it. Janet... you blocks are beautiful and very peaceful... quite a change from the quilt I just finished for our GodDaughter's father. II will try to post pictures later today. Diane, hope you are doing OK and that your brother and Mom are being looked after to your satisfaction. Remember to eat my friend, don't drink all your calories in wine... though it is tempting I am sure! Everyone have a great day! My weight is stuck at 181.... for the last two weeks. I prefer the 170's but can't seem to maintain there. Trying to get back to walking every day. The more I quilt, the less I walk... not good! Yesterday I did both. I am keeping under my calories, but eating too much fat according to MFP. One day at a time. I am not gaining which feels good!

Janet, quilt looks very nice! I call using the seam ripper "un-sewing" LOL! Sorry about the early promotion. I understand you thoughts.

Jeez Carole... you never stop! I am very happy that your band can stay for now. Hopefully when you get get your life ordered you will be able to keep it! Janet... St. Janet you are our savior. I was hopefully optimistic about our new page and I can't be happier to be together with all you fine ladies. Diane, I hope you brother continues to improve and you can get back to you own life soon. God knows it is time you got a break! Dawn, keep hanging in there. We know you are a strong lady. You raised two fine young women and they will always be a credit to you. The band stuff will come. I have faith in you! Doreen... Can't wait to meet your whole family in two weeks. I know we will be like old friends even though we are meeting for the first time. Off to lunch with work friends later today, and then I should finish my new quilt for Tyler (lymphoma) who starts his chemo next week. I hope they will let him bring it along for treatments since they last for 5 hours! We will be hosting his family to a swim party this weekend. God is good and I am sure he will hear all of our prayers, especially with Janet as our cheerleader! Have a great day everyone!
