1 Cup is a good measure, and yes you sometimes need a good imagination to visualize it smushed into a cup! LOL. I am assuming you did liquids only for 24 hours after the fill?

I just checked and it is unflavored, unsweetened almond milk by SILK. b I also like the vanilla. It has 30 calories/cup. Very little Protein, but that's what the powder is for. -
I eat small servings of popcorn, but never the hard seeds that partially crack. Never had a problem, but I will be interested in what others post.

Glad you found a shake that works. No way could you stick to a pre-op that was making you sick. n Good luck. If you find powders that are ok for you, you might try almond milk as a base. The unsweetened is very low calorie and low carbs and provides the same consistency as milk based shakes. -
Over-eating not required on holidays. Eat you normal portions and enjoy. It can be kind to fun to listen to the aftermaths of those who gorge themselves, while you feel fine! BTW, Pumpkin is a fruit!

FANTASTIC! I know the feeling well. First time I went shopping cause even my belts would not hold my pants up, it took me three tries to get the size that fit! Everything looked so much smaller than I thought I was! Congratulations!
