Expect weight gain unless you are very strict to the eating plan.

I told my husband, two closest friends, and 2 daughters. Wish I had skipped the daughters. Not supportive and scared I would die I think. Evaluate your kids... you know how they will react, bif you are not sure of support, skip telling them until after.

Is it possible to not be eating enough
CHEZNOEL commented on jkevhack's blog entry in jkevhack's Blog
It is possible to slow the metabolism down if you don't eat enough calories. Ask you dietician for a recommendation for you. -
Most fills are billed and you will have copay. Once a week seems a bit fast to me. The goal is to lose slowly over time, not in a short time. Fast weight loss places too much stress on the system. I have a good friend who has lost 80 pounds with NO FILLS in 6 months, just by following the Lap Band eating rules and portions.

Pain eating and drinking after fill...
CHEZNOEL replied to sherrypep's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
Sounds like you need to unfill a bit. Take it easy until you can get to the doctor. -
I am known to be lactose intolerant and I can use Unjury with no symptoms in Almond Milk. Higher in calcium, low in calories and carbs. Tastes great!

Good luck to you all and congratulations on beginning a new life. -
why does a fill take a few days to "kick in"?
CHEZNOEL replied to kyrasgrandma's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Everyone is different, some feel the fill right away. If it is an early fill, it make take a few to get good restriction
