Pre-surgery, working on all the prep. Hope to set up pre-op visit and schedule surgery within the next 2 weeks. Pre-op visit with surgeon on October 19, 2011 and surgery scheduled for October 31! Very excited. I have lost 12 pounds on the pre -surgery diet!
