I am using fat secrets now, they have the best ipad app lol I have been eating about 1800 cal/day if I dont "try" and about 1500 if I really try. I'm not a big meat eater but I do the Protein shakes in the morning with a greek yogurt mixed in giving my one shake 46 grams of protein. I think even on the days where I eat more calories they are still "good" calories more than bad ones like milk, yogurt, cheese, whole grains... but still in the last week I havent lost I know I need a fill and I have an appt scheduled for Oct but I'm afraid I won't be able to afford to go...
