Also, I have the single incision procedure so I have 2 holes. One main hole and one very small. I guess ufr I had double inc ision I would have 4 holes???? Lies all lies. There is no single incision. If there is ut comes with 2 holes. "They" told me I would only be pregnant for 9 months too. 10 Women are pregnant for 10 months not 9. The lapband people must have seen me coming. So cubicle,yet, so very happy I am. J

3 days post op. 1st day piece of cake. I thought I was some kind of scientific or medical wonder cz there was no pain. Days 2 and 3 very different story. Much pain. Very much waiting for day 5. 6 and 7.

Tragically funny. I agree, you were way out of your league for psychiatric care. Hopefully, you got a really good price. Glad you didn't committed. The psych patients were prolly thinking you were crazy for being there sane, relatively, anyway.

Ummm, you're not suppose to have creamy soup day 1??? Seriously? This is day 3 only creamy soup and V Water. Wow I read in my literature it was ok on day one. Now granted I was fresh piston op. Maybe I read it wrong. Anesthesia is a hell of a drug.

Hi, Surgery September 19th and very happy. Some pain, lots if pain Meds. Only had small breakdown when I went to pay a ticket and was told I was in rhetorically wrong place to pay it. I cried walking out. Not sure why. This is early am on my 3rd day out. Ddnt have any pain until I picked up a bag of groceries. Oops! Mild gas pains but gas x helps big time. Never knew farting could feel so good. Wow. Not much more to say drinking v Water and cream Soups. Love ghethe fudge scicles. Ttyl8r

Thank you. I didn't think about the iv Meds, duh me. No wonder I wasn't in paany pain at the hospital. Bus hitting me is pretty accurate. I was not thinking when I brought groceries in. I thought it was odd that I had no pain. Odd but cool. Still don't have major pain just major discomfort. Some gas but walking makes it go away. Oh well so much for Guinness book for having no pain after surgery. J

Hello My surgery was September 19. Funny thing is my September 19 was a Monday not a Friday like the first post said. Maybe that person lives in a different time zone...lol. Anyway I had no pain until today. I'm 2 days out. Just wondering why pain today and not before? Anyway, everything was smoothe as silk until today. Pain Meds rock. Any suggestions or ideas? Not real bad pain but enough to notice. Just weird I'm so happy. I was depressed for so long because of weight. Now I just keep smiling. This is huge. Going back to sleep now. TTYL J

I'm confused. What is my psychiatrist suppose to report to my surgeon? Is there a form or a format? Any suggestions? Also, how did your psych eval go? I just don't know what to tell my psych my surgeon needs. J

I think your sweating so much cz of all that heat your putting in your hair. Wash, hot Water then hair dryer then flat Iron, Damn I would be sweating too. Braids, braids, braids. Then when you take it down in 3 months it will be so healthy. Get it done every 3 -4 months for a year and watch how long and healthy it will be. Make sure you dont cut the braids where you "think" your hair Is but give an extra 3 inches you will be pleasantly surprised. J
