Hello Everyone, I was sleeved on 2/2/11 and I have lost 92 lbs. I feel great and I'm looking forward to loosing the next 60 lbs. I love to exercise now but I'm still picky about the food I eat. Chobani yogurt has been my favorite meal of the day, sometimes twice a day. Here are some before and after pictures. The before pictures were taken the the day of my first appointment with Dr. Goyal in Union, NJ.

Hello All, Well I've lost 81 lbs. since 2/2/11 and I feel great. I'm looking forward to losing the next 80 lbs. My energy is up and my workout is amazing, I want to do more. For me the sky is the limit and I will live my new life to the fullest. The only issue I have is eating, I'm still trying to find what foods I can and can't eat. Eating for me is a job but I love it. I eat healthier and I'm very careful about the foods I eat. I can't wait to workout today and watch the fat go away. Thank all of you for your posts and encouragement. KHG

Having this surgery is nothing easy. I miss the foods and having some drinks, but when I think about my health it was worth it.

Hello All, i was sleeved on 2/2/11 and i feel ok, just a little sore and a lot of gas. I'm drinking my Protein, Water and taking my Vitamins. I know that things will get better, I will keep you posted. KHG

Hello All, Please pray for me, I'm having my surgery on Wednesday the 2nd and I 'm excited and relieved that it is here. I'm ready to start my new life, I should have done this years ago but it's never too late. Dr. Goyal of the NJ Bariatric Center will be performing my surgery and he and his staff are great, I'm so pleased with the way they are handling my process. So wish me luck, I will update you soon.
