hey StewsHunnyBunny, I hope all is well with your surgery! My band is going great so far but so easy to fall back into old habits. I am learning that this is definitely a mind of matter process. I hope my desire to be healthy will over weigh my desire to be FULL. How is your eating? I am a very picky eater and soft foods is killing me because i only eat mashed potatoes and green beans.
