Back on track after 2 Thanksgiving celebrations. Have lost 4lbs in a day or so. Love my sleeve!!!! Wish everyone could feel this in-control of their weight and size. If it was up to me I would have done this years ago, but I am grateful that it was done in God's time and not my own.
