I am having a strange love affiar with melted cheese. Tastebuds after sleeve are truly different.

Is it just me but I find I do much better with eating and fluids when I am at work. I stick to my meal and snack schedule diligently M-F, Now the weekend lol that is a whole other story.

Sticking to the regimen of eating right, exercise, and getting plenty of fluids has resulted in me getting back on track and a new all time low weight of 181.2!!! God is good, I thank him for this wonderful tool.

Renewed motivation as the scale continues to drop. Another 1.8 lbs came off, Seeing this I will continue to eat right, watch the clock, get plenty of fluids, and exercise.

Following the rules, eating right, watching the clock, and getting enough fluids, yesterday does pay off. Scale dropped 2 pounds!!! Now that's motivation. Be encouraged, keep going.

Starting today I am "detoxing" my body. Strictly good food choices and water. No more mindless snacking and eating without watching the clock.

I just thank God today is Friday and I made it through another week. So grateful to God for life, health, strength, my precious babies, and my DH. Walking around work with an shirt that says I Love my HUBBY.

Going to start increasing exercise Tuesday. Have to keep focus on the long term goal. Where I am is good but i can do better. Keep pushing. Don't settle
