I didn't really plan on doing the gym thing until weight loss slowed down on it's own so I never asked my doctor how long before I could really start to work out.... How long did you guys wait (totally spelled that weight the first time haha) after surgery to do more then just walk? I'd love to walk outside but it is just so cold here in NY!
