Hey, My name is Amanda - Im a patient of Dr. Vohras too! I was just banded on September 6th, at SNCH. Im still super nervous - most of my pain is on my right side but its from the gas. Walking is the best way to get rid of it. I've been pushing A LOT of liquids all day, and i incorperate two shakes as well (I still have about a week and a half from my opti-fast) My surgery was originally suppose to be August 25, but i ended up getting poison Ivy so they moved it to Sept. ^. Your definitley not alone in this but from everyone ive talked to - the best way for us to help ourselves is to keep moving good luck and i hope you feel better!!!!
