    That was one of the things the doctor said, Do Not Gain Weight. Just use everything you have learned now. Stay away from the crabs now and after the lapband it wont be so bad.

    I wish I could say I have lost a great amount of weight but I haven't. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I have only lost about 44 pounds in a year. You have done so much better. Please let me know how you are doing it.
