ok so i had my 1st intro class with kaiser, passed my pyhc. appt. and now i am going to go to the main class to talk about the rest of the process with kaiser. I am just stressed because i feel since th epast month it has been hard to loose this 10% I need to which is proubley 30 pounds...so hopefully after the main class tomorrow I can have some more motivation and some help with a diet plan to follow...
