This is my first post....I am going through the process of having weight loss surgery. I went to the WL class and now I am waiting for my first appt to give me my dr and set up my appt with the nutritionist and etc. I am excited and I know that is my gut feeling to have the Lap Band.... so heres to starting my journey~
