Just a question.. Then when you make a shake with Protein and yogurt what is the liquid you mix with it?? Like vanilla Protein Powder, strawberry yogurt, ice and them what??? (:

Any advice for heart burn. I am 2 weeks out. It burns in my chest and throat. I am on the pills they sent me home with for acid stuff. But I need something more. Any advice??

Anyone know of a tasteless protein I can put into my soups and etc.?? Or is there such a thing (:

That's awesome that you are doing well. I was sleeved in 9/25, I am 7 days out now. I am back to being in mom mode of 3 girls. Taking care of them, taking them to school, lite house stuff. No lifting thoe. I do have a 2 story. My bedroom is upstairs. I only try to go when I have to. But I think sometimes the staying busy is helping me. I still get tired thoe and just relax on the couch when needed. Pretty soon you will be getting around more. Just think you did it. That's what I tell myself. My eating is well just I have to make myself eat and drink I don't feel hungry. Well that's awesome you are doing good too.

I'm soon to beable to do cottage cheese. Any idea's I can mix with it. I though maybe some orange sugar free Jello??

Had a question when were some of you ready to sleep in bed or on side after surgery. I am 4 days post op and really wanting out of the recliner. Need some advice (: Oh also when did you feel you could comfortably ride in a car again or drive?

Plus my 3 kids are helping as much as they can to but instill get up to check on them and help with something's

I was was sleeved sept 25th. I'm doing good. I read the past post it was neat to read all the info. I am on protein shake, jello and broth and water right now. I try tiger off the couch ad wall every hour. I getting stir crazy. I want to get out of the house. I may try to go to store with husband today to get some stuff?? I'm just tired so tired (: I want o get to my bed, I'm tired of staying on the couch...

Just finished surgery this morning!! (: But now my heartbeats foes u am down and oxegen is low. Any suggestion or expirences

Hi everyone just finished surgery this morning. Still here at hospital. I'm on pain but in pain thoe. I'm just kinda confused my heart rate goes up and stuff and oxegen dropped to the 80's in the operating room. I just get worried I don't Walt anything to happen. Any advice would be good. My heart rate now is 90 to 112 sometimes

When people talk about trader joes for post op stuff . What is it you get . If you could tell me . 5 days til my surgery (:
