I had my lap band surgery about 3 years ago - I am not realy sure of the date. At first I did well and lost about 50 lbs. But the weight loss slowed and then I started gaining. I still am not able to eat at my pre surgery rate - but make poor choices. I stopped seeng my surgeon. I have made an appointment to see him later this month. I feel ashamed and like a failure! hollyc
