Magnesium citrate may be TMI
AutumnLily replied to laylasmojo's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I had to take it before a different surgery and I had to drink a specific amount every hour. I found that within 5 -10 mins of drinking it I had to go to the washroom. Then I would wait for the next hour and take the next amount and then within 5 to 10 mins would go to the bathroom. As the day was getting on my tummy started to make noise and I felt that I had to go to the bathroom more often. This was a long time ago so I do not fully remember but when I had the feeling to go I had to get to the bathroom. Probably best to see if you can arrange for someone else to pick up your friend. Saving up money to get the sleeve in mexico
AutumnLily replied to kerri21's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I have an account that I do not have a bank card for. Makes it harder to get the money. Then I have a direct debit from my regular bank account on each payday for about 200$ or whatever you can spare. It adds up fast when you forget about the money in the cardless account. Lily -

15 Weeks & Halfway to Goal
AutumnLily replied to CraftyChristie's topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
I would say you are an inspiration to many! I love following your blog and seeing your progress. I am jealous that I am not there yet (note I said yet) as I too will be on the loosers bench one day soon. And I know that I CAN succeed by seeing all the great results from everyone. Be a role model as the more you succeed and keep up the more people that are struggling will realise what a great tool the sleeve is and may someday themselves go through with the surgery. Keep the thougths positive and it should help your mind stay positive. Its a new and exciting path in life that needs to be relished and explored and enjoyed in all its glory. Lily -

AutumnLily replied to Lillie24's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I wish I could answer but do not know very much. Have you had your Vitamin and mineral levels checked? And maybe you need to up your Protein a bit and make sure you get more Water in.. Thats my best guess. Lily -
