I am sure you can get your Vitamins from anywhere. Just a note you need to take your calcium and Iron I think its 3 or 4 hours apart. Check with the pharmacist they will know the exact time. Lily

    November 16 2010

I think everyone goes through those feelings. I still have to wait till February till I get my surgery, and I constantly am saying "Will I be able to go through with this?" Then I read all the different outcomes and I believe that yes I can and I will. Nerves are a part of the course and I understand fully what you are going through. Keep us posted on your surgery. Lily

  5. Humm good question. I know you are there for 3 days and they like you to move around have fluids and I am sure get rest. I have not yet had the sleeve and cannot fully comment. I am sure a veteran sleever will give you an idea as to what to somewhat expect. Lily
  6. Do you have a date booked or a time that you are planning on going? I am sure there are several Dr Aceves soon to be patients on this forum. I will be one in Feb 2011. Lily

    Sick of liquids and lightheaded

Are you able to have Peanut Butter yet? I read on here awhile back that someone makes a Protein sludge where you take a spoon of peanut butter and mix it with a scoop or half a scoop of your protein (I cannot remember if whole or half a scoop). It is a small amount to get in that is packed with protein. But I am not sure if you are able to have peanut butter at your stage. If you can this could be a easy option to get in an extra shot of protein not only from the PB but also the protien powder. If not well you can have this idea for when you can have PB and need a protein boost. Lily

    What is undefined?

I got the undefined thingy too. I just stared at it for a couple of mins and then my post went through and the undefined disappeared. I have no idea about the ticker all it says is you have not updated it in 80 days. Maybe a new one might do the trick. Lily

    Starting my journey

I think Tiffykins lives in Florida. She is a vast wealth of knowledge on this forum. I personally have not had the sleeve yet! I will be getting my sleeve in the new year and I cannot wait for it. Lily
  12. Almost sounds like a tolerance issue. That you can have a certain amount before it comes on. And that specific foods will react more than others. I would suggest staying away from the food that gives you the issue right off. If it happens at a specific time I would just avoid having said product at that time. Other than that if you really would like something sweet only have it once in awhile your not giving it up just limiting it. That is all I can suggest for now. Just track and see what works and what doesnt. Lily
  13. Hi Sasha welcome to the group.

  14. lil red raider makes a good point. You should check your inches as well as your weight and see where you are losing. You may in fact be building muscle which wieghs more than fat. So you would be losing fat and gaining muscle which you will see a difference in your inches and not your weight. Give it time you will get past this stall in due time. Lily
